Founder & Lead Consultant – Jeri Vradenburg
As the daughter of farmers and small business owners, Jeri grew up understanding the hard work, resilience, and resourcefulness that define rural communities. Raised in Central Oregon, she developed a deep appreciation for the people who dedicate themselves to building something greater for their communities.
With a business degree specializing in leadership, organization, and management, along with experience in philanthropy, Jeri combines strategic expertise with a heartfelt commitment to helping rural nonprofits thrive.
She understands the unique challenges nonprofits face and provides tailored support to help organizations maximize their impact, strengthen their operations, and reach their full potential.
Grant Services Associate – Emma Vradenburg
Emma Vradenburg serves as a Grant Services Associate at Florecer Consulting, LLC, supporting research, proposal development, and grant management services.
She brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to the grant process, helping ensure that client proposals are accurate, timely, and well-aligned with funder priorities. Emma’s work expands Florecer’s capacity to provide comprehensive and responsive grant services to nonprofit partners.
